2. Refund Eligibility
a) Service Not Started
- Refunds are available if the client cancels the project before any work has begun and the initial payment has been made.
- Full refund of initial payment will be processed within 7 business days.
b) Work In Progress
- Once work has commenced or services have been delivered, refunds are not applicable.
- Business Valley will provide necessary adjustments, revisions, or additional support to ensure the project meets the agreed scope.
c) Partial Services
- If the client requests cancellation of specific portions of the project, refunds may be considered proportionally for undelivered services.
- Refund calculations will be based on the project contract and services completed.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the schedule mentioned in the service contract.
- Work begins only after receipt of the agreed initial payment.
- Delayed payments may lead to project suspension, timeline extensions, or additional charges.
